Blockbench is a wonderfully simple 3D modelling tool that creates Geometry Models, Textures and Animations for Addons.

I love this tool, it's incredibly powerful but so simply laid out and easy to use.

There is no better way that I know of to produce Minecraft Bedrock Models for Entities and Blocks and creating textures and animations too.
