I added a MOD TO FIX LAG in Minecraft Create Mod
LAG BUSTING | NEW MOD | EPIC CYBERPUNK BUILD
Welcome back to Just Create SMP Season 2.
In this episode, the primary objective is to optimize server performance and resolve severe stuttering within the cyberpunk city.
Testing is conducted by taking a world download and using the MCA selector alongside the Spark Profiler to establish a performance baseline.
The diagnostic process reveals 40,000 entities and block entities in the area, largely stemming from Create mod components, skulk sensors, and Immersive Paintings.
I create a custom mod to convert Immersive Paintings from ticking entities into block entities, offering a server-side optimization while allowing the signs to be thickened or emit light.
Further troubleshooting utilizes the Observable mod, leading to the deletion of 7 million blocks in the deep dark and the disabling of moving cranes and scrapyard vehicles to finally eliminate the server lag spikes.
The video also includes a detailed walkthrough of the newly constructed G-Corp approved slums accommodation, the Far Snack Shop, and Imek signs.
