Minecraft | WHEAT FARM DESIGN | Bedrock Survival Realm [77]

Minecraft 1.7.1 - THE UPDATE AQUATIC
DESIGNING AN AFK MICRO WHEAT FARM

#Minecraft #BedrockEdition #MinecraftBedrock

Welcome to my Let's Play of the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. In this series I play Minecraft, mining and building all sorts of exciting things.

I don't really know Minecraft Bedrock Edition very well so I need you to help me by giving me tips and tricks about Pocket Edition and I'd also like you to give me lots of fun challenges to complete during this series.

In this episode I work on a new design for and AFK micro Wheat Farm for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.

I go through several design stages until I reach a final design that is fast and efficient.

Due to the issues with Redstone Timings on a Minecract Bedrock Realm, the farm designs are tricky to get right.

The design I finally create produces around 90 stacks of wheat per hour. It uses bonemeal in three dispensers that sit around a block of farmland attached to a sticky piston. The player holds the place seed button as the piston extends and retracts. As soon as the seeds are planted, the wheat is fully grown with the bonemeal and then gets broken as the piston extends. The seeds and wheat fall into hoppers and go through a hopper sorter putting the wheat in on set of chests and the seeds are recycled and passed back to they player via a hopper elevator.

The entire system isn't very small but it does a lot of useful things and contains a lot of redstone.
