Minecraft | AUTOMATIC SUGAR CANE FARM | Foxy's Bedrock Survival [35]

One Chunk OP Auto Sugar Cane Farm with Observers.

Welcome to my Let's Play of the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. In this series I play Minecraft, mining and building all sorts of exciting things.

I don't really know Minecraft Bedrock Edition very well so I need you to help me by giving me tips and tricks about Pocket Edition and I'd also like you to give me lots of fun challenges to complete during this series.

In this episode I make my way back home from The End Portal by tunnelling through The Nether.

Then I sort out the Zombie Pigmen problem I have by killing them all with my Power V bow. Some of the Zombie Pigmen made it into my base and killed me, but I came back and got rid of them all.

After clearing out all of the Zombie Pigmen, I started work on my Automatic Sugar Cane Farm that will automatically grow and harvest Sugar Cane using Observers, Pistons and Hoppers so I can make Craft Paper, Sugar and Firework Rockets.

In order to make the automatic farm, I need lots of Redstone resources including Observers, Hoppers, Dispensers, Pistons, Redstone, Minecarts, Minecart Rails and lots of building blocks.

I try lots of different automatic farm designs before settling with my final design.

The final design works incredibly well and very quickly. It uses bone meal dispensed from dispensers to grow the sugar cane quickly. The observers see the sugar cane grow and send a redstone signal to the pistons which extend and break the sugar cane.
The sugar cane falls onto the ground and a hopper minecart below collects all of the pieces of sugar cane. The hopper minecarts drops the sugar cane into a bunch of chests where I can collect it.
